NEW CONSTRUCTION
When new construction projects require budgeting or design development, we partner with other architects and engineers to ensure that each client receives project-specific consulting for a quality roof system.
SPECIFICATIONS
We create each project specification plan and construct the roofing details before taking the project to bid. We then manage the pre-bid walk-thru and select the winning contractor best fit for the project.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MONITORING
Monitor work-in-progress to ensure work conforms to bidding documents. Furnish weekly quality assurance reports.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Manage all aspects of the roofing project from design development through construction and final project closeout.

What can you expect?
- If you have a leak, call us to perform the repairs. While we are on location repairing the damage, we will measure the building in order to create a detailed diagram of the roof.
- We will then provide you with a Condition & Assessment Report documenting the initial repair and any recommended repairs that may need to be performed.
NW Commercial Roof Protection Program

The NW Commercial Roof Protection Program is designed to help protect your roofs longevity.
Once enrolled in the program, NW Professional Roof Services will inspect your roof twice a year to provide a comprehensive report summarizing its current status and any needed repairs or maintenance. To begin the program, a professional consultant will inspect your roof and assess the condition. You will be provided with 2 proposals; one to bring your roof up to minimum sustainable conditions and another for the cost of yearly maintenance (determined by environment, size of roof, type of roof, and the condition of the roof).
Secure your roofs future with NW Commercial Roof Protection Program and we will provide you with:
- Bi-annual roof inspections at your convenience.
- Your roof will be inspected, cleaned, and repaired if necessary. If your roof leaks in between inspections, your repairs are free!
- Condition & assessment reports containing a summary of the roof’s current status with detailed drawings, pictures, and necessary repairs made.
